Koppa signs you in with a code sent to your email address. If it does not arrive, check spam and make sure you used the address you registered with.

Most questions are about signing in, joining a pool, or a score that looks wrong. Here is where each of those goes.
Joining a pool
You need an invite link from the pool's manager. Opening it on a phone with the app installed takes you straight there.
A result looks wrong
Points are calculated once a match is final. If a score still looks wrong an hour after full time, tell us which match it was.
Email us and we will get back to you. Tell us your email address, which pool you are in, and what you expected to happen.
